Cultural Narrative: 

Dryland rice is harvested in the Pantar region during the month of April. The panicles are gathered by hand by large cooperatives sometimes consisting of 50 people or more. Call and response songs are often sung during the harvest. This song originates from the  Lamma area and was recorded in La Palli.
